Do The Opposite
So you want to get healthy, do the opposite of what every one else is doing. And don't talk about it. Keep it completely to yourself.
First start by only eating when you are truly hungry. Of course remember to eat whole foods that are full of nutrition.
Drink water, lots of it. It should be your favorite beverage. Those two things, eating when your hungry and drinking water will make a huge difference in the way you look and feel.
Then once you have really mastered that, focus your attitude towards getting plenty of rest and moderate exercise.
So remember, Eat Only when your hungry, drink mostly water, get plenty of rest and moderate exercise.
