Hydration and why it's so important

Most of your body is made up from water and when you are dehydrated

your body does not function properly to give you a good mood and lots of energy.


Do your best to make water your first choice in hydrating yourself. It's better than soda pop and alcohol or coffee and doesn't have the side effects. Water, believe it or not is a source of nutrition.

Once you get in the habit of drinking water regularly, you will eat less, feel better and lose weight.
